How
to start the Commercial Records Storage service?
|
Valuable office spaces can be saved and the
efficiency of document retrieval can be raised by storing outdated
documents systematically.

Commercial Records Storage Outline
|
- Categorise the documents / files by
year and department title first, then pack in the Hong Kong Storage "R
Box or CR Box"
- Mark the box cover by circling the
index.
- Seal the box opening with Hong Kong
Storage "Sealing Label" affixed with customer's company chop to
guarantee the confidentiality.
- Phone, email or fax to our Customer
Service Department for pick-up arrangement.
- Barcode labels embedded with item
detail will be affixed on each record box by us. All data will be
captured for processing cross checking and generating Storage List
through our BIMS (Bar Code Inventory Management System).
- For retrieval, just call, email or
fax to our Customer Service Department and our representatives will
verify the items for delivery arrangement.
- For relodgement, repeat Step 3 – 5.
