Warehousing Regulations

General Information

For residential customer, only Hong Kong Resident aged 18 or above is accepted and address proof (within the last 3 months) must be provided upon signing the storage contract. For commercial customer, only company registered in Hong Kong having registered address inside Hong Kong territories is accepted. Overseas company or company registered outside Hong Kong is not accepted. Hong Kong Storage reserves the right to accept or reject any storage.
The Customer may terminate the service at any time after the minimum storage period given that 7 days’ prior written notice is provided.
Storage Deposit is equivalent to 2 months’ storage fee. It cannot be used to settle any storage fees, transportation fees or other fees.
Minimum storage fee of $100 will be applied if the total monthly storage fee is less than $100.

Storage Regulation

Customers should clean the storage items that are not up to our hygiene standards.
Customer is solely responsible for items inside all the baggage and luggage.
Dangerous items (flammable, corrosive, etc), food, illegal items, items that release strong smell or scent or affect other people or storage items, psychologically or physically, are rejected.
HKS reserves the right to accept or reject any storage.

Transportation Regulation

Customer may use HKS transportation service or self-transportation to HKS.
For Customer using HKS transportation service, electronic appliances must be unplugged before pick-up.
Minimum 10% of monthly storage fee will be charged as HKS packing fee for all outsize storage items without proper packing.
Nothing should be stored in all outsize storage items (like wardrobe). The storage items should be cleaned before storage.
For the Customer using self-transportation, the reception is at our Office.
