Hongkong Storage has been actively promoting talent development since its establishment. “Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD)” is introduced to encourage staff members at different levels in continuing education and self-enhancement. We believe that learning should not be limited to classroom teaching. In the CPD scheme, attending seminars, reading books and knowledge sharing are also counted as achievements. Upon completion of the program, staff members can be awarded a certificate or diploma, and the CPD report will be used as a reference for promotion or adjustment of salary.
