Hongkong Storage 28th Anniversary Tiered Rewards — Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid from 2 July to 31 July 2025, both dates inclusive.
2. Customers must present a valid promo code before signing the service agreement to enjoy this promotion.
3. Each customer is entitled to redeem this promotion once only during the entire promotional period.
4. Each customer may receive a maximum of HK$2,800 in supermarket vouchers.
5. Supermarket vouchers will be distributed by mail after the promotion period. The mailing address will be based on the customer’s registered information.
6. Only the net storage service fees (after deducting other contract discounts) will be counted towards the promotion. Deposits, transportation fees, and other non-storage related charges are excluded.
7. This promotion applies to new contracts of 6 months or above for Hongkong Storage mini storage, YS-Jumbo, Y-Locker, or YS-Box services signed within the promotional period.
8. Customers must prepay the full amount of the contract value to be eligible for this promotion.
9. This promotion is only applicable to designated branches. Please contact our staff for details.
10. This promotion is only applicable to new customers who have not used or cancelled any Hongkong Storage, YS-Jumbo, Y-Locker, or YS-Box services within 6 months prior to signing the new contract.
11. This promotion is for personal-use customers only and does not apply to corporate or group accounts.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
13. This promotion is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, products, or services, and is non-transferable.
14. Hongkong Storage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
