November 15, 2025, was a day filled with joy and pride for Hongkong Storage. Our team once again participated in the “Happy Chef Competition” organized by the Hong Kong Promoting Happiness Index Foundation — and proudly took home second place!
This marked our second time joining the competition, and our carefully crafted dish, “Joyful Spleen Dance – Fun in Every Bite,” showcased the perfect blend of Chinese ingredients with Western cooking techniques. Featuring pig spleen as the star ingredient, the dish was designed by our two talented female chefs as the ideal sharing dish for a happy party. Visually stunning and full of flavor, it was a true celebration on a plate!
Among six participating organizations, the competition was intense. Yet our team’s creativity, teamwork, and heartfelt effort impressed the judges, earning us the well-deserved runner-up prize — a tremendous recognition for our commitment and spirit!
More than just a culinary contest, this event was a vibrant expression of our core belief:
